Thanks for your comments. We do appreciate you bringing this up here.

School is ending, so the pace of things should pick up soon. We agree the AC has been a persistent problem being late; it's scheduled to happen on the Monday after apps end every month, but it sometimes goes up later in the week than that. It has never been off more than four or five days, but that can seem like a lot when the days it's off by builds up during a cycle. The person in charge of that has set reminders so it should be on time in the future.

Mistakes and things taking a while are bound to happen in games this size. Unfortunately, some of the errors that have been complained about are actually things that no one ever brought to our attention. But we also know that sometimes things do take much too long that have been brought to our attention. We're aware of the problem and have been working to fix it, but it's been pretty hard because a lot of the complaints have come to the forefront during a time of year that's busy and hectic for all of us so doesn't afford much opportunity to revamp.

We're sorry things have taken a long time, but this also is a very big game, it has to be viewed from that perspective. Telling us to either pick up the pace or drop doesn't really help us; rl commitments take precedent, so we can't pick up the pace easily, and dropping wouldn't actually make the game run more smoothly. We may seek out more helper mods in the future but it's not the easy solution it sounds like; new helpers are usually very surprised at the consistent amount of work required to maintain a game this size, and it can be hard to find someone who actually is willing and able to commit to the workload. We have to read through helper apps and teach them how to do everything, so it's also not something easily done when we're pressed for time. So you're right, we have been overloaded, but it's also something that's going to take a bit of time to fix. One of the things I'm going to do right now to help fix our workload is to clarify the estimated times we're giving for various pages.

The app page currently estimates about a week between mod replies, which is still a pretty good estimate for us, but a little longer will give us more leeway and is more consistent with how other games that get around 80-100 apps per app period operate.

Canon updates and player plots will probably happen bimonthly. Housing errors should be fixed within about a week of when they're brought to our attention via PM, and PMs in general should be answered about twice a week. I'll be happy to update the estimates for anything else you're concerned with as well. Once we get specific estimates down, we'll also work to make sure those estimated timeframes are met consistently.

Thanks, again, we really do appreciate you bringing your concerns directly to us.
